The Estancia has a complete livestock production cycle which allows us to offer the best Argentine meat for our visitors, such as the well-known Patagonian lamb and the Angus beef.
Visitors to our estancia can choose a meat cut and are explained about the cut of their choice in the barbecue. We especialize in grilled and stake meat. We offer fresh and locally-produced herbs and vegetables as well as exotic meats. Both deer and wild boar meat are some of our most exquisite dishes.
We also offer vegetarian dishes.
Every six months, our expert sommelier chooses a wide variety of Argentine award-winning boutique wines, which guests can enjoy with some cheese and cold cuts, which are especially elaborated for our estancia.
